Paramos is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Espinho, located in the District of Aveiro, belonging to the Metropolitan Area of Porto in the Northern region, with an area of 5.87 km², 3 515 inhabitants, and with a population density of 598.8 inhabitants / km².

It is a coastal parish located between the city of Espinho to the north and the city of Esmoriz to the south, divided by the former EN 109. It confronts the parishes of Silvalde to the north, Esmoriz to the south, and São Paio de Oleiros (municipality of Santa Maria da Feira) to the east. It is about 25 km from the city of Porto, 50 km from the city of Aveiro.
Paramos is crossed by the Northern Line and the Vouga Line, with a stop for each of these railways in its territory: Apeadeiro de Paramos and Apeadeiro de Monte de Paramos, respectively.

Praia de Paramos is not very busy, is safe and has easy access. The beach has an immense sand divided by an artificial pier that surrounds a chapel.
